We at Abhyaz (MTAB Technology Centre Pvt. Ltd.) are looking for a passionate and results-driven individual to join us as a Performance Marketing Specialist Intern.

Core Functional Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and execute Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
  • Set up and manage advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager
  • Perform audience research, segmentation, and targeting for different campaigns
  • Assist in budget planning, allocation, and campaign optimization
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
  • Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and maximize return on investment (ROI)
  • Coordinate with the content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and present actionable insights
  • Stay updated with Meta Ads platform features, advertising trends, and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, with hands-on experience in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization
  • Knowledge of audience targeting, campaign objectives, budget management, and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS)
  • Experience in A/B testing and campaign performance analysis
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for campaign reporting
  • Ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights
  • Need adequate resources (Laptop/Desktop with a good Wi-Fi connection
