Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Intelligent Automation Engineer for a Remote position with a Regional Financial Institution located in Cleveland, OH. This is an 8+ month contract opportunity.

We are seeking an Intelligent Automation Engineer to support enterprise automation initiatives with a focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and system integrations. This role designs, builds, and integrates automation solutions using established RPA platforms while enabling advanced capabilities through Azure AI and/or Google Vertex AI where appropriate. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, automation developers, and AI platform teams to deliver scalable, secure, and well-integrated solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions that align with business needs
  • Provide support, root cause analysis, and debugging to meet SLAs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate solutions with existing systems
  • Communicate with diverse audiences and support automation portfolios
  • Ensure compliance with standards, security, and change management
  • Partner with teammates to develop, configure, test, and implement processes to meet the defined and anticipated requirements with high-quality builds on time and on budget
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to accomplish objectives or resolve issues
  • Participate in Agile teams to deliver iterative improvements and manage change effectively
  • Possess familiarity with cloud architectures and AI/ML service consumption patterns
  • Comply with all client policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of the client's customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (A360) RPA platform
  • Experience with process simulations/automation, solution development and/or business analysis
  • Familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing tools such as ABBYY or equivalent OCR/IDP technologies
  • Understanding of system integration concepts, including REST APIs, JSON/XML, authentication, and error handling
  • Working knowledge of process engineering software systems
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues by gathering, interpreting and analyzing data and recommending solutions
  • Analytical thinker and problem-solver
  • Ability to support multiple projects, tasks, and responsibilities concurrently

Desired skills:

  • Experience integrating with Azure AI services and/or Google Vertex AI
  • Experience or knowledge in a banking/financial services industry

Pay range: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
