About our B2B Sales Practice:   

Within Concentrix, we have developed one specific practice about B2B Sales, with more than 12,000 sales game changers dedicated to B2B sales and 30+ certified B2B hubs around the world. We are a top leader in this specific BPO segment working with iconic brands.

What you will do in this role

In everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people – our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet.

  •  Building solid relationships with clients, prospects and partners in the region with companies across several verticals willing to scale worldwide 
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities, build priority targets list and pursuit plans
  • Managing requests for proposals (RFPs), processes (including documents preparation) and negotiations to close deals 
  • Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs, competition screening 
  • Supporting the co-construction of new offers and disruptive commercial models 
  • Attending industry events and representing Concentrix in relevant webinars, partners events, professional local organizations, etc. 
  • Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business 
  • Maintaining accurate sales pipeline data, tracking opportunities, contacts etc.

  • Overall, the right profile is likely to have significant proven experience, ideally in consultative selling with topics around High Tech Sales and B2B digital transformation 
  • Hunter and Collaborator; Consultative Sales experience 
  • Experience in B2B Business Development; B2B sales, whether within a BPO company or in-house 
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills 
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills; Effective communication and negotiation skills 
  • Strong business acumen and attention to details and persuasion 
  • Sense of service and expertise in customer relationship/satisfaction 
  • A commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace environment.
