We are growing and will fill further positions as Business Development Manager (m/f/d) Autostore EMEA.

You can be located and home-office based in EMEA.

Your tasks

  • Lead, develop, and manage the EMEA Business Development in designated countries
  • Support business development strategies to identify and capture new opportunities as well as reach ambitious sales targets and KPIs for the country
  • Responsible for sales funnel development and conversion rates including EBIT contribution and revenue generation
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels
  • Collaborate with marketing and solution design to deliver compelling value propositions
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM usage

Your profile


  • Relevant experience in business development or sales within intralogistics automation or related industries
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and developing new markets
  • Experience in a multicultural, matrixed business environment
  • Strong understanding of logistics, sales processes, and CRM as well as WMS systems
  • Experience with project and team cooperations across regions and within a Matrix organisation
