Il s’agit d’un poste de niveau débutant dans le domaine du soutien en santé, vous contribuerez à la prestation du programme aux patients en soutenant les inscriptions, les processus de remboursement et les activités de service à la clientèle, tout en travaillant selon des procédures et des lignes directrices établies.

Ce que vous ferez :

  • Soutenir les processus d’inscription et d’admission des patients conformément aux exigences du programme.
  • Répondre aux demandes entrantes et sortantes des patients et des professionnels de la santé en utilisant des scripts et des documents approuvés.
  • Aider à coordonner les communications entre les patients, les professionnels de la santé, les pharmacies, les assureurs et les équipes internes.
  • Effectuer la saisie de données et le traitement de la documentation (p. ex., formulaires d’inscription, documents de remboursement, dossiers de laboratoire ou de perfusion).
  • Soutenir les activités de remboursement, y compris la collecte de documents et les suivis.
  • Maintenir des dossiers exacts et assurer l’intégrité des données dans les systèmes.

  • Assurer la conformité aux normes de confidentialité, réglementaires (GxP) et du programme.

Exigences de base :

  • Formation postsecondaire (diplôme collégial ou combinaison équivalente de formation et d’expérience).
  • Poste de niveau débutant; généralement 0 à 2 ans d’expérience pertinente en service à la clientèle, administration en santé ou centre d’appels.
  • Bilingue (anglais/français).
  • Grande attention aux détails et capacité à suivre des processus structurés.
  • Capacité démontrée à effectuer avec précision des tâches de saisie de données et administratives.
  • Maîtrise de base de l’informatique (Microsoft Office, systèmes de données/documentation).
  • Bonnes habiletés de communication pour gérer des demandes courantes.

Compétences / expérience souhaitées :

  • Expérience dans un programme de soutien aux patients (PSP), le secteur de la santé, la pharmacie ou les assurances.
  • Expérience ou exposition aux processus de remboursement, de facturation ou de vérification des assurances.
  • Familiarité avec les systèmes CRM ou les flux de travail liés à la documentation en santé.

About the Role

We are seeking a Hub Patient Services Specialist to join our Patient Support Program (PSP) team on a 12-month contract. In this fully remote role, you will provide administrative and operational support to ensure patients, healthcare providers, and partners receive timely and accurate service.

This is an entry-level healthcare support role where you will contribute to patient program delivery by supporting enrollment, reimbursement processes, and customer service activities, working within established procedures and guidelines.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support patient enrollment and onboarding processes in alignment with program requirements.
  • Respond to inbound and outbound patient and provider inquiries using approved scripts and materials.
  • Assist in coordinating communication between patients, healthcare professionals, pharmacies, insurers, and internal teams.
  • Perform data entry and documentation processing (e.g., enrollment forms, reimbursement documents, lab or infusion records).
  • Support reimbursement activities, including document collection and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records and data integrity across systems.
  • Identify and escalate non-routine issues following established processes.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy, regulatory (GxP), and program standards.
  • Contribute to team service levels by completing tasks accurately and on time.

Basic Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education (college diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Entry-level role; 0–2 years of relevant experience in customer service, healthcare administration, or call center environments is typical.
  • Bilingual (English/French).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform data entry and administrative tasks accurately.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, data/document systems).
  • Strong communication skills for handling routine inquiries.

Preferred Skills / Experience:

  • Experience in a Patient Support Program (PSP), healthcare, pharmacy, or insurance environment.
  • Exposure to reimbursement, billing, or benefits verification processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or healthcare documentation workflows.

Work Environment & Requirements:

  • Primarily a desk-based role requiring extended computer use.
  • May require managing high-volume administrative tasks and communications in a structured, fast-paced environment.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $42,500 - $70,900
