Description

The Sales Development Representative - Bluebeam is responsible for following up on leads and prospecting to uncover new business, across all time zones, specifically in support of our Bluebeam business line. This job is assigned a sales quota and monthly call metrics are measured. 

  • Creates qualified pipeline for the Bluebeam SDR team through targeted outreach, discovery, and qualification. Executes multi-channel cadences, nurtures inbound interest, and schedules high-quality meetings.
  • Prospect into assigned territories/accounts via phone, email, and social channels to generate qualified meetings.
  • Qualify inbound MQLs quickly; route and schedule with appropriate sales resources.
  • Research accounts and personas; personalize outreach with relevant insights and value hypotheses.
  • Maintain activity, contact, and opportunity data accuracy within CRM & additional prospecting platforms.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on event and campaign follow-up; provide feedback to improve messaging.
  • Meet or exceed goals for activities, meetings set, and qualified opportunities created.
Requirements

 

 

  • 1-2 years previous experience and success in a sales development or business development role.
  • Familiarity with how organizations in the AEC&O industries perform work, and how they deliver value to their customers.
  • Strong understanding of customer motivations for the use of technology, and the likely business issues that relate to technology investments.
  • Complete comfort and confidence in cold calling/prospecting.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and selling methodologies.
  • Ability to speak comfortably and effectively to large and small groups of people.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage difficult situations, sometimes with little guidance.
  • Ability to efficiently work from a home office environment.
  • Strong work ethic: Team oriented, self-starter, high energy, and results oriented.
  • Strong verbal and written skills and the ability to overcome technical and business objections.

Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000 + Commission
