Position Overview

The Consulting Lead is a senior Leader-Doer within ARKANCE's Delivery function, simultaneously owning the most complex customer-facing consulting engagements and setting the consulting quality standard for the broader Delivery team. This role is ARKANCE's recognized authority on enterprise services consulting methodology: how ARKANCE approaches discovery, change management, customer enablement, and long-term adoption across its AECO professional services portfolio. The Consulting Lead partners closely with the Implementation Lead, Pre-Sales, and PMO to ensure that consulting delivery is executed with precision and that every engagement drives measurable customer outcomes and supports ARKANCE's growth in the enterprise services market. Full autonomy on consulting delivery strategy and engagement execution. Sets consulting methodology and quality standards for the Delivery team. Communicates directly with the US Leader on strategic delivery matters, escalations, and team development.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of consulting or professional services experience in the AECO or construction technology sector

• Deep expertise in Autodesk Construction Cloud implementation and enterprise AECO platform consulting

• Demonstrated track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder consulting engagements from scoping through successful delivery and adoption

• Strong executive presence; comfortable facilitating workshops and presenting to owner/developer, C-suite, and technical audiences

• Experience developing consulting methodology, delivery frameworks, and team quality standards

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree a plus

Essential Functions

• Leads ARKANCE's most complex and high-value consulting engagements, owning delivery from initial discovery through go-live and customer adoption

• Defines and drives ARKANCE's enterprise services consulting methodology: discovery frameworks, workshop design, change management approaches, and success measurement standards

• Serves as the senior consulting escalation point for the Delivery team on complex customer situations, scope challenges, and technical decisions

• Partners with Pre-Sales on late-stage scoping sessions, validates assumptions, refines effort estimates, and shapes the consulting components of SOWs

• Mentors Delivery Consultants and mid-level team members on consulting best practices, facilitation technique, and customer engagement standards

• Leads executive-level customer sessions including steering committees, strategic roadmap discussions, and executive briefings

• Identifies and escalates delivery risks proactively; proposes and executes remediation plans to protect customer outcomes and ARKANCE's delivery reputation

• Develops and maintains reusable consulting assets, including playbooks, workshop templates, change management toolkits, and best practice documentation

• Maintains thought leadership in the construction technology consulting space; contributes to ARKANCE's external market presence and service differentiation

· 50 to 65% billable delivery  ·  15 to 25% pre-sales support  ·  10 to 20% team leadership & methodology

 Pay range for this position : $115,000 - $125,000
