About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Support Officer to join our Operations team based at Eastern Creek.

This role plays an important part in ensuring the accurate management of returnable packaging, including pallets and cages, while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the depot. Working closely with drivers, operational teams and the Returnable Packaging team, you'll ensure documentation is accurate, equipment movements are recorded correctly, and compliance processes are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain returnable packaging records, including pallets and cages.
  • Collect, sort and validate pallet paperwork daily.
  • Scan and submit documentation to the Returnable Packaging Team.
  • Work closely with the site debriefer to ensure all driver paperwork is completed and returned.
  • Raise transfer-off dockets as required.
  • Follow up outstanding transfer balances with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records using internal systems.
  • Support inventory and equipment control processes.
  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure compliance with returnable packaging procedures.
  • Maintain a safe, organised and compliant work environment.

About You

You'll be organised, detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced operational environment.

You'll also bring:

  • Previous administration or operational support experience.
  • Experience in transport, logistics or warehousing (highly regarded).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritise work and meet daily deadlines.
  • Intermediate computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience using transport or warehouse management systems is advantageous.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
