Project Overview:
The Release Console (RC) is an internal platform that streamlines and centralizes the release management process for Client's internal teams and partners, providing a unified interface for tracking, managing, and executing software releases.

Required

3+ years of software engineering or SRE experience
Strong Python skills — automation scripts, tooling, config generation pipelines
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm — deploying and debugging workloads across multiple clusters
Experience with CI/CD systems (Spinnaker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar)
Familiarity with GitOps workflows — branch protection, PR-based config changes, release branching strategies
Solid debugging skills across distributed systems — able to trace failures from pipeline trigger through to pod health
Strong written communication — able to produce clear engineering status updates, bug reports, and design notes
Working knowledge of AI coding assistance tools and models — hands-on experience leveraging the latest AI-powered coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar) to accelerate development, improve code quality, and enhance engineering productivity
Experience in customer coordination and deployment process review — proven ability to engage with internal customers or service teams, assess and document existing deployment workflows, identify inefficiencies, and collaborate cross-functionally to design and build improved deployment services.
