THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our Fraud Prevention team in Brazil! ! This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil. 

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to lead our fraud prevention initiatives across all products. In this role, you will work closely with the operations team to identify vulnerabilities and opportunities to develop and implement strategies that detect and prevent fraudulent activity, protect legitimate clients, and ensure the overall health and integrity of Wellhub’s ecosystem. You will own the product roadmap for fraud prevention and work cross-functionally with other Product Development teams to balance security with user experience.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Reduce fraud-related losses and improve operational efficiency, directly contributing to the company’s bottom line and the health of the ecosystem.
  • Design solid product features and experiences that positively impact millions of users, corporate clients, and partners globally, balancing security with seamless customer experiences.
  • Build, communicate, and review your product strategy with internal stakeholders to get the buy-in and ensure support to the fraud prevention initiatives.
  • Drive product planning, build and manage a well-thought-out roadmap of your product.
  • Work closely with data and engineering teams to ensure that we extract actionable information and knowledge from raw data, that supports good product decisions.
  • Create OKRs, goals, metrics, KPIs and track their progress;
  • Manage our backlog and lead meetings with engineers, data scientists, designers and stakeholders.

 

WHO YOU ARE

  • +5 years of experience leading impactful product development and with a proven track record.
  • Very organised person, with excellent communication skills.
  • Result-driven and data-oriented, with a proven ability to use metrics and insights to iterate and deliver outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable navigating ambiguity and making pragmatic decisions in unstructured environments.
  • Collaborative and approachable being an effective communicator who builds trust and works seamlessly with engineers and cross-functional teams.
  • Curiosity, mastery of AI fundamentals, and a willingness to learn AI are also requirements

 

Seen as a Plus

  • Experience with fraud is a plus, but not mandatory.
