About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Consultant to support the Human Resources team across recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions and an opportunity to build practical experience in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination.

  • Coordinate interviews and ensure seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement and team-building initiatives.

  • Provide administrative and operational support for HR projects, onboarding activities, and people processes.

Eligibility

  • Recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources,, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in Human Resources and talent management.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is preferred.
