Wir suchen eine:n Senior Tracking Specialist (m/w/d), die/der die End-to-End-Verantwortung für unsere Tracking-Infrastruktur übernimmt, das Vertrauen in unsere Daten wiederherstellt und eine Governance-Ebene aufbaut, die es unseren Teams ermöglicht, auf Basis eines verlässlichen Measurement Frameworks zu arbeiten. Du etablierst eine zentrale Tracking-Funktion innerhalb unserer Data Intelligence Unit und verbindest Data Analytics mit Marketing, Product und Portfolio. Die Rolle ist Remote-first innerhalb Deutschlands und reportet an unseren Head of Data.

Das jährliche Gehalt für diese Position liegt zwischen 69.800€ und 94.400€ (Senior).

Deine Rolle

End-to-End-Verantwortung für unseren Tracking-Stack über GA4, Server-Side GTM, Amplitude und Marketing-Tools hinweg, einschließlich Audit, Stabilisierung und Consent Gating
Aufbau einer Tracking Governance — Event-Definitionen, Naming Conventions, Tracking-Pläne und Change Logs — um das bisherige agenturgeführte Setup durch skalierbare interne Ownership zu ersetzen
Rollout und Enablement von Amplitude als Product-Analytics-Plattform, damit Teams verlässliche OKR-Metriken definieren und neue Features mit sauberem Tracking launchen können
Entwicklung eines automatisierten Tracking-Monitorings zur frühzeitigen Erkennung von Datenqualitätsproblemen und Ausfällen, inklusive Übersetzung technischer Erkenntnisse in klaren Business Impact für Stakeholder aus Marketing, Product und Engineering
