Wir suchen eine:n Senior Data Engineer (m/w/d) für unser Data Intelligence Team, um unsere Datenplattform im gesamten Unternehmen weiterzuentwickeln und zu skalieren. Du verbindest fundiertes technisches Know-how mit Projektführungskompetenz und koordinierst bereichsübergreifende Initiativen mit Stakeholdern aus Marketing, Product und Portfolio. Die Rolle ist in Deutschland angesiedelt, im hybriden Setup, mit Berichtslinie an unsere:n Head of DevOps, IT und Data Engineering.

Das jährliche Gehalt für diese Position liegt zwischen 67.500 € und 91.300 € (Senior).

Deine Rolle

  • Koordination und Umsetzung bereichsübergreifender Datenprojekte mit Business- und Tech-Stakeholdern, von der Konzeption bis zur Auslieferung, mit messbarem Business Impact

  • Verantwortung für die Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der Datenplattform, einschließlich der Einführung eines Datenkatalogs und der Evaluierung von dbt als Ablösung bestehender Legacy-Pipelines

  • Entwurf und Implementierung komplexer, bereichsübergreifender Datenarchitekturen und anspruchsvoller Datenmodelle, die Self-Service-Analytics und fundierte Entscheidungsfindung ermöglichen

  • Coaching und Mentoring von Junior- und Peer-Engineers zur Stärkung der Teamkompetenz und Etablierung gemeinsamer Standards im Data Engineering Team
