A Day in the Life of an Operations Support Engineer:

The candidate will analyze and manage incidents identified either through standard monitoring or external customer requests, following the company’s established processes.

So, how are we going to keep you busy?

  • Responding to customer requests through the ticketing system or email.
  • Monitoring the organization’s infrastructure and applications using monitoring tools and email notifications.
  • Providing first-level support by acknowledging and addressing customer requests.
  • Timely escalating alarms and issues to the next level of support.
  • Generating reports and keeping stakeholders updated with relevant information.

What will make you eligible for this role?

Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics or Computer Engineering (or) Bachelor of Computer Applications

Experience, that will be an advantage:

0-1 year of relevant experience in telecom/IT industry.

What will make you the best-fit for this role?

Linux – Basic/Intermediate Level (CLI)

SQL – Intermediate Level                                        

Knowledge of Database– SQL, ORACLE           

Basic Knowledge of Telecom (GSM, Mobile Networks)

0-1 year experience as a Tier 1/Tier 2 support engineer

Basic Operating system, MS Office Application knowledge.
