This Product Manager opportunity offers the chance to apply your scientific and application knowledge in a customer- and market-facing role. You will work directly with customers to understand their needs and challenges, translate technical product capabilities into meaningful solutions, and partner with Sales and Marketing to develop compelling, application-specific content and product messaging.

This role offers the flexibility to work remotely, with travel to our Marietta, Ohio facility as needed to develop product knowledge, collaborate with internal teams, and support business needs. Additional travel may be required for customer meetings, conferences, trade shows, and other business activities.
Position Summary
The Product Manager serves as a key link between our customers, products, and commercial teams. With a focus on life science and biopharmaceutical applications and workflows, this role develops an understanding of customer needs, scientific applications, and market trends and translates those insights into effective product positioning, application-specific content, and sales support.
The Product Manager will engage with customers to understand their objectives, applications, and challenges and clearly communicate how our products and solutions can address those needs. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Applications, and Engineering, this role will bring customer and market insights into the organization and help develop compelling product messaging and technical content that strengthens customer engagement and commercial growth.
