Where We Need You:
Protiviti is looking for a People & Change Manager to join our growing Business Performance Improvement team.
What You Can Expect:
As a Manager, you will be an integral part of our People & Change practice, leading the delivery of people-focused transformation solutions with a strong emphasis on managing large-scale change programs for ERP Platforms, such as Workday, Oracle and/or SAP S/4HANA. You will:
Lead day-to-day change management delivery on ERP transformation programs, with a focus on two or more of the following functions: (1) Human Capital Management (HCM); (2) Record to Report (RTR); (3) Procure to Pay (PTP); (4) Lean Warehouse Management (LWM); (5) Plan to Make (PTM).
Integrate with ERP System Integrator and/or Business Integrator as Change Management Office / PMO leader to lead through the employee change management experience.
Design and implement stakeholder engagement strategies, communication plans, and role-based training programs for ERP end users, including training development.
Conduct ERP-specific change impact inventory collection and persona / function-based impact assessments, change readiness surveys, and adoption analytics to track and improve transformation outcomes.
Facilitate design-thinking workshops and working sessions with stakeholders to drive alignment, problem-solve, and co-create solutions.
Have superior written, verbal and presentation communication skills to engage and drive change activity with large ERP teams of 100+ project team members.
Mentor and coach junior team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Contribute to business development activities, including proposal preparation, solution design, and client presentations.
Approach Change Management delivery with an innovative mindset and integrate AI tools to accelerate change management communication and training delivery.

Do Your Talents Include the Following?
Demonstrated experience with:
Supporting or leading change management on ERP implementations, including experience with at least two of the following modules: (1) Human Capital Management (HCM); (2) Record to Report (RTR); (3) Procure to Pay (PTP); (4) Lean Warehouse Management (LWM); (5) Plan to Make (PTM).
Developing and executing change management deliverables including impact assessments, stakeholder maps, communication plans, training needs analyses, and resistance management plans.
Conducting organizational readiness assessments and post-go-live adoption tracking for ERP programs.
Facilitating design thinking workshops and user acceptance testing (UAT) readiness sessions with business stakeholders.
Analyzing HR or operational processes to identify gaps, compliance requirements, and improvement opportunities in the context of SAP-driven change.
Utilizing AI tools and digital accelerators to improve workflow efficiency, enhance stakeholder communication, or optimize change analytics.
Ability to evaluate, synthesize, and interpret data to support decision-making and communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences.
Experience supporting business development activities, including identifying scope for engagements, developing proposals, and presenting to stakeholders.
Ability to establish and cultivate professional relationships with client personnel, including senior leaders.
Leadership and supervisory experience, including mentoring team members, conducting performance feedback, and coordinating cross-functional delivery.
Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant academic area or equivalent relevant work experience.
5+ years of experience in Human Capital Consulting, Change Management, or HR Transformation; management consulting experience is highly preferred.
Hands-on experience leading change programs for leading ERP platforms.
PROSCI certification (or equivalent change management certification) preferred.
Professional certifications, such as PMP or similar, are a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio); familiarity with change management tools, LMS platforms, and AI productivity tools preferred.
Our Hybrid Workplace
Protiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements vary by client, project, team, and other business factors. Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.
Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.
$126,000.00 - $202,000.00Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.
12%The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.
$141,120.00 - $226,240.00Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
