Job description

About IntusCare:
IntusCare is the only end-to-end ecosystem built specifically to help Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) programs deliver exceptional care, strengthen financial performance, and stay compliant. IntusCare replaces outdated technology and manual workarounds with purpose-built solutions for care coordination, risk adjustment, population health, and utilization management. We empower teams to take control of their operations and improve outcomes for dual-eligible seniors- some of the most socially vulnerable and clinically complex individuals in the US healthcare system.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Events Contractor to own the planning, coordination, and execution of our Fall event portfolio. This is a remote contract role running from August through October 2026 (with the possibility of extension). Hours will average 10-15 hours/week except for the weeks of October 5th and October 12th where 30-40 hours/week are expected.

This position requires a high-level logistical operator who will manage 3–4 industry conferences, a dedicated customer conference, and a large-scale cocktail party at our largest industry conference of the year. This role is remote, but travel is required for on-site execution in Denver, CO, from October 9 – October 13, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

· End-to-End Conference Management: Coordinate logistics, booth assets, shipping, and vendor requirements for 3–4 industry conferences.

· Customer Conference & Cocktail Party Execution: Plan and execute a dedicated customer conference and a high-profile cocktail party in Denver. Manage venue logistics, catering, AV, and attendee experience.

· Upward Project Management: Establish and maintain the master event timeline. Proactively manage internal stakeholders (including marketing leadership) by setting deadlines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring content/promotional tasks stay on schedule.

· Vendor & Budget Ownership: Sourcing, negotiating, and managing contracts with venues and vendors while tracking strict event budgets.

Requirements:

· Experience: 2+ years of professional event planning experience in a B2B setting, with a proven track record of managing multi-day conferences and high-end evening networking events.

· Project Management Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive management style; comfortable managing up to ensure leadership meets content and promotional deadlines.

· Availability: Ability to commit to a remote contract through October 2026, with guaranteed availability for on-site travel to Denver from October 9–13.

Compensation:

The compensation for this role is $80.00-$95.00/hour.

Work location: This is a fully remote role based in the United States.

Sponsorship: This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
