Delegated Authority Auditor (Coverholder, MGA, TPA, DCA Auditor) 

MGA | Insurance Program Auditor 

This is your opportunity to be involved in a growing and high paced role. The need for audits of Managing General Agents (MGAs), Third Party Administrators (TPAs), and those with delegated authority (ability to write insurance business) allows you to oversee multiple audit engagements at the same time; adding value in every step.

Our auditors act as individual project leaders where they develop and communicate workplans to team members. You would be allocating responsibilities while simultaneously completing your own delegated tasks to ensure the successful and timely completion of your audits.

By communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders you are also able to be the face of Pro. Whether working closely with audit operations (administrators & peer review), reviewing pre-audit questionnaires (PAQs), responding to documentation, or diving into audit interviews, our auditors function with a level of enthusiasm and professionalism. You are a trusted subjected matter expert with the ability to write detailed reports and identify significant issues.

Our auditors are seen as partners to our client customers. We are more than problem announcers and work closely to help solve and establish work and training plans to ensure compliance.


Recipe for Success:

A successful candidate will have a minimum of the following:

• Minimum three years audit experience.

• Proficiency in conducting North American audits of MGAs; experience with Lloyd’s Coverholders with Delegated Authority Agreements and/or Claims TPAs is a plus.

• Strong report writing skills.

• Analytical ability to review reports, identify issues, and assess their importance.

• Effective verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• Time management and prioritization skills.

• Collaborative team member with the ability to work independently.

• Meticulous, precise, and thorough, with excellent record-keeping abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; intermediate Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills, knowledge of Access beneficial.

• Strong business and leadership presence

• Outcome focused, self-motivated, confident, and enthusiastic.

• Diplomatic, cooperative, and collaborative in approach.
