Responsibilities

Build scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and APIs.
Lead development from design and coding to testing and deployment.
Translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions.
Contribute to Salesforce architecture, data design, and integration strategy.
Build and maintain integrations with CPQ, NetSuite, DocuSign, Billing, middleware, or custom connectors.
Manage coding standards, CI/CD, source control, documentation, deployments, and releases.
Support testing discipline, code reviews, reusable components, performance improvements, and platform governance.
Act as a Salesforce technical SME for capabilities, optimization, and system governance.

Requirements

5+ years of Salesforce development experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce integrations.
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model design, and performance optimization.
Strong ownership, quality focus, and ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Nice to Have

Experience with DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, Git, or similar.
