Job description

 
As a Senior Sales Representative for LKC Technologies, you will play a key role in helping eye care professionals improve patient outcomes by introducing them to innovative visual electrophysiology solutions. You will educate customers on the technical and clinical use of LKC Technologies’ products while driving sales growth within your assigned territory of Mid-Atlantic. In this role, you will build strong relationships, deliver product demonstrations, and support customers through each stage of the sales process.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify sales prospects using your knowledge of the regional territory.
  • Initiate contact with eye care professionals, guide them through the sales process, provide demonstrations, and close sales.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly revenue and profit goals.
  • Operate independently and manage expenses in alignment with company guidelines.
  • Conduct or support customer training as needed.
  • Communicate regularly with management regarding customer activity and key opinion leader engagement.
  • Provide sales support at conferences, trade shows, and seminars.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • At least five (5) years of relevant sales experience demonstrating a strong understanding of the sales cycle and ethical business practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency using computers and CRM software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce).
  • Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Candidate must reside in the state of Florida

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in medical device or healthcare sales.
  • Background working with eye care professionals or clinical environments.
  • Strong presentation and consultative selling skills.

 

Compenstion and Benefits:

  • Base pay: $100,000
  • Sales based incentives
