Job description

Your high speed mission

As an Appointment Setter / Cold Caller, you will be a crucial part of our growth team. Your mission: open the door for new business by generating high-quality appointments with potential customers in foreign markets.

You will be reaching out directly to prospects, presenting the value of Speed Kit in an engaging way, and scheduling calls for our sales team. By doing this, you help us expand into new markets and ensure that no company has to lose customers due to slow websites.


Your potential tasks: 

  • Outbound calling of potential customers based on lists provided by us

  • Introducing our solution Speed Kit to decision makers

  • Setting up qualified appointments for our sales team

  • Documenting all interactions and follow-ups

  • Using provided scripts, materials, and guidelines to maximize success

Compensation: 

This position is 100% commission-based.

  • 250 € per successfully scheduled and qualified appointment

  • Freelance contract (self-employed basis)

Your ticket for our spaceship

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills

  • Experience in telesales, cold calling, or appointment setting (preferred but not required)

  • Confidence and persistence when engaging with new contacts

  • Ability to work independently as a freelancer

  • Professional proficiency in English (other languages like Spanish, Italian, Nordic languages, Eastern European languages are a strong plus)

  • Location: We are looking for candidates especially from the Philippines, USA, UK, Nordics, Spain, Italy, Eastern Europe, and Australia.

  • Open to applicants from any country where e-commerce and online shops are growing markets (e.g. Egypt and beyond)

  • Reliability and results-driven mindset
