About Remote Recruitment

Remote Recruitment matches talented South African professionals with UK-based employers. This is a fully remote position working from home with a UK sales team.

Role overview

We're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to build a healthy pipeline of prospects for the sales team. You'll research target companies, make first contact, and book qualified appointments. Working hours are 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).

Key responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential customers that fit the target profile
  • Reach out by phone, email and LinkedIn to start conversations
  • Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team
  • Keep the CRM updated with notes and next steps
  • Track outreach activity against weekly targets

What you'll need

  • Experience in lead generation, telesales or outbound outreach
  • Confident, professional spoken and written English
  • Familiarity with CRM and LinkedIn research
  • A reliable laptop, headset and stable internet
  • Self-motivation and consistency
