IQ Option is a globally recognized financial broker, renowned for its cutting-edge online trading platform. Founded in 2013, IQ Option has become one of the world’s leading online trading platforms, operating in more than 13 languages and offering access to Forex, CFDs, and Options.
We are currently looking for a motivated and results-driven VIP Account Manager to join our Sales Team and provide premium services to our high-value clients.
Tasks:
Conduct proactive outreach to potential and existing VIP clients through calls, written communication, and internal CRM tools;
Promote company products and services to high-value clients;
Apply effective negotiation techniques to convert leads into long-term customers;
Develop and implement initiatives to increase client satisfaction and retention;
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships as a trusted advisor;
Monitor client activity and identify opportunities for growth and engagement;
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
Native or bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish;
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field;
Proven experience in the financial industry, preferably in sales, account management, or business development;
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
Result-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
High level of responsibility and professionalism when working with VIP clients.
