About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
About a year and a half ago, we launched an ambitious AI project: Quadcode.ai — a next-generation IDE for multimodal AI generations (code, images, video, sound) and agentic scenarios.

AI Creator — this isn't just about creating examples. You develop full-fledged applications and solutions within Quadcode.ai that demonstrate the entire spectrum of platform capabilities. This means: writing complex prompts, creating high-quality content portfolios, recording video presentations, becoming an ambassador for the platform. Essentially, your projects are the showcase for all users — proof of what our IDE can do.
This is a role for someone who can simultaneously code, prompt engineer, design content, and communicate about it compellingly.
Tasks
Develop complete examples and applications in Quadcode.ai IDE: multimodal generations, RAG scenarios, agentic pipelines
Create and fine-tune complex, reproducible prompts for different models and tasks
Build a portfolio of projects with high visual appeal and clear structure (categories, tags, versions, source code)
Prepare case descriptions, video demonstrations, and presentations (problem → implementation → results)
Experiment with new platform capabilities and AI trends
Work closely with the engineering team, provide product feedback
Represent the project in public formats where appropriate: demos, articles, social media
Requirements
Experience creating content with AI tools — not just casual ChatGPT use, but real projects using LLMs, generative models for images/video/audio. Portfolio is welcome.
Prompt engineering skills — ability to write complex, structured prompts; understanding how to manage model behavior for specific tasks
Development in Python/JS — not necessarily senior level, but sufficient to independently implement applications and understand generated code
Aesthetic taste and attention to detail — your portfolio should look thoughtfully designed and attractive
Communication skills — ability to explain what works and why; readiness to be the face of the project
Organization and structured thinking — your portfolio must be logical, clean, and easy to navigate
Advanced English — and good communication skills for project presentations
Advanced Russian — for team communication
Self-sufficiency — generate ideas, implement them quickly, don't wait for instructions
Nice to have
Understanding of RAG and agentic scenarios
Basic video editing/design skills for artifact post-processing
Experience with public speaking or educational content creation
Understanding of AI/ML trends, keeping up with market developments
