What you’ll do:
Conduct business process discovery to understand customer objectives, challenges and desired outcomes
Analyse existing operational workflows and identify opportunities for process reimagination and digital transformation
Translate customer business problems into clear solution requirements and scalable product solutions
Develop solution concepts, process flows, storyboards and value propositions
Support customer workshops, product demonstrations and proofs of concept
Act as the bridge between Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Delivery teams
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
2–5 years’ experience in business analysis, solution consulting, presales, digital transformation or enterprise technology
Experience working with SaaS, cloud-based platforms or digital workflow solutions
Experience supporting customer discovery, solution design, demonstrations or proofs of concept
Strong business analysis, problem-solving and process-mapping skills
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
