Back-end Developer (Python)

We are looking for a creative, and pro-active Back-end Developer to join our DEV Department.

🎯 What will be your responsibilities:

• Creating and developing applications in Python using using various frameworks, mostly Django
• Development of technical solutions, including technology selection in accordance with the project's assumptions
• Writing unit and functional tests
• Monitoring the quality of the code and its optimization
• Close cooperation with other team members (PM, UI/UX Designers, Front-End Developers, PO)
• Active participation in the company’s life and building positive team spirit

💡 What we expect from you:

• Higher education degree or last years of technical studies
• professional experience as a Python developer (3+ years)
• broad experience with web-based development using Django (highly preferred) or other Python-based frameworks
• Good object-oriented programming skills
• Advanced knowledge of Python programming best practice
• Knowledge of Git version control system
• Knowledge of Polish: at least C1 level (a must)
• Knowledge of English: at least B2 level (a must)
• Strong team-working skills, engagement in company’s life and development
• Creativity and independence in solving problems
• Personal goal to create custom and innovative solutions

Compensation: 13 000 - 18 000 pln
