Positions for which we frequently hire include: 

  • Transportation Planner – Entry and mid-level planners support innovative transit, active transportation, bus priority, TDM, and strategic planning projects. Planners are key members of our teams that work on some of the most ground-breaking planning studies in the industry. 
  • Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Outreach Coordinator – Contribute to our award-winning TDM programs by conducting direct outreach to employers, residential, or school contacts to promote the many benefits of sustainable transportation. 
  • Transportation Data Scientist – We hire planners with advanced data science skills to develop tools and conduct analyses in support of a variety of sustainable transportation projects, helping our team leverage data to develop more impactful and actionable plans. 
  • Project Manager and Senior Transportation Planner – Our project managers lead transportation and transit planning projects and studies, overseeing talented multidisciplinary teams of planners, data scientists, designers, and outreach specialists in developing compelling, innovative, and implementable plans. 
  • Design and Visualization Specialist (Urban Design or Graphic Design) – Our graphic designers create compelling reports, outreach collateral, transit system maps, and digital materials like animations and webpages. Our urban designers develop 3D and video renderings to help communities visualize a better transportation system.
  • Proposals & Marketing Specialist – Our proposal team oversees the lifecycle of proposals from RFP release through final decision, leading development of some of the transportation industry’s most compelling proposals. Our marketing team promotes our significant role in the industry through a variety of digital media and other marketing strategies. 
  • Accounting Finance, and Administrative Operations Specialist – Our internal operations team ensures the financial health of our company and serves as a resource for our project managers. They are a multitalented team that carries out all our financial, contractual/legal, compliance, and reporting functions.   
  • Human Resources Specialist – Our HR team has a key role in creating the culture that makes our organization a great place to work! HR team members oversee recruitment, hiring, on- and off-boarding, performance management, and employee engagement, relations, and wellness initiatives.
