About the Role:
Collaborates with Organizational Effectiveness Consultants to support organizational effectiveness priorities of executives and strategic business partners and implement initiatives that address priority areas. Supports Organizational Effectiveness Consultants with coordination, administration, and execution of Organizational Effectiveness projects and programs.
Day to day, you’ll…
- Work with OE Consultants to aid in designing, developing, and implementing strategies and interventions (talent assessment, selection assessment, training, etc.) in conjunction with ongoing Organizational Effectiveness programs.
- Provide project coordination for Organizational Effectiveness activities, projects, and programs. Ideate and build communications, tools, and resources to support Organizational Effectiveness projects. Analyze and report out to all levels of leadership as required. Create and maintain dashboards.
- Partner with People and Culture Systems team to integrate talent selection assessments within existing HRIS functionality and provide support for stakeholder information sessions for talent activities.
- Apply talent selection and HRIS best practices to identify gaps between actual and desired states and recommend solutions for change. Identify key metrics to measure effectiveness.
- Serve as an administrator of selection assessment management systems, in partnership with program owner consultants, for selection assessment interventions.
- Manage vendors and reporting for assessments and other licensed materials and subscriptions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Development, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 years minimum related work experience in selection assessment and talent acquisition
- Results-oriented with experience in project management of comprehensive organizational effectiveness system, process, or initiative implementation
Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Forms. Experience with statistical modeling software
Strong analytical, research, and design skills. Experience in presenting to all levels of leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Development, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development or other related field
5-8 years prior experience in a corporate organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, or organizational development function
iCIMS, Workday, or other ATS and HRIS experience
