Job description

The Senior Change & Communications Manager is responsible for leading organizational change activities across multiple digital transformation initiatives. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and the Service Delivery Manager to develop and execute comprehensive change strategies that drive adoption and business readiness.

The ideal candidate combines strong consulting, communications, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills with experience supporting enterprise technology implementations.

Location: Remote (U.S. Eastern Time preferred)
 

Primary Responsibilities

Organizational Change Management

  • Conduct stakeholder assessments and change impact analyses.
  • Develop organizational change management strategies.
  • Create readiness plans and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Facilitate workshops and leadership meetings.
  • Support sponsor engagement and change champion networks.

Communications

  • Develop executive communications and messaging.
  • Create communication plans and campaign materials.
  • Produce presentations, newsletters, FAQs, and SharePoint content.
  • Coordinate communications across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Support leadership presentations and town halls.

Adoption Support

  • Measure stakeholder readiness.
  • Support adoption activities and reinforcement planning.
  • Gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with change metrics and reporting.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of organizational change management experience.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience supporting enterprise software implementations.
  • Excellent writing and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences experience preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Office applications.
  • Prosci certification preferred.
