Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM AIOps Developer
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range:$100,000 – $110,000 per year

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM AIOps Developer to design, implement, and support enterprise ServiceNow ITOM solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, AIOps, CMDB optimization, CSDM, and integrating observability platforms such as Elastic and Dynatrace. This role involves implementing automation, improving operational visibility, and driving reliable IT operations.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
8+ years of ServiceNow ITOM experience
ServiceNow Discovery
Service Mapping
Event Management
AIOps
CMDB & CSDM
Elastic and Dynatrace integration
JavaScript & Glide APIs
ServiceNow Flow Designer
IntegrationHub

AWS, Azure, or GCP
Kubernetes & Docker
ServiceNow CSA & ITOM Certification (Preferred)
