Job description

Technical Program Manager
Location: Remote in Pakistan

The Role

We're seeking a Technical Program Manager in Pakistan to lead complex, cross-functional technical programs across our engineering organization. You'll drive delivery of critical initiatives while building strong alignment between engineering, product, and business teams.

What You'll Do

Program Delivery (40%)
  • Lead end-to-end execution of complex technical programs spanning multiple engineering teams
  • Define program scope, success metrics, and deliverables with senior leadership
  • Develop roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans while proactively managing dependencies and risks
  • Monitor progress and provide regular executive updates
Stakeholder Management (25%)
  • Serve as the central point of contact for program stakeholders across the organization
  • Build strong relationships with engineering teams, product managers, and business leaders
  • Bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Manage expectations and negotiate priorities when conflicts arise
Technical Strategy (20%)
  • Partner with engineering leadership on technical approaches and architecture decisions
  • Evaluate feasibility and trade-offs to inform program direction
  • Facilitate technical discussions and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Stay current with technology trends and best practices
Process Excellence (10%)
  • Establish program management frameworks and agile methodologies
  • Drive operational efficiency through data-driven decision making
  • Create and maintain program documentation
Team Development (5%)
  • Foster collaborative culture across distributed teams
  • Mentor junior program managers
  • Facilitate effective meetings and planning sessions

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of technical program management experience in Adtech
  • Proven track record delivering complex programs involving multiple engineering teams
  • Strong technical background with ability to understand architecture and engineering trade-offs
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Experience with agile methodologies and modern software development practices
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred
