Whether you’re looking for maximum flexibility, a consistent part-time caseload, or a full-time hours, we offer multiple ways to build a schedule that fits your lifestyle and grow your career.
PRN — for SLPs that want maximum flexibility: no minimum weekly hour requirement and opportunities to provide make-up sessions, rescheduled visits, evaluations, and coverage as needed.
Part-Time Hourly — for SLPs that want part-time consistency: requires a minimum of 7 hours per week, allowing you to build your own caseload and develop ongoing relationships with families.
Full-Time Salary (Exempt) — for SLPs that was a consistent caseload: your choice of a 30-, 32-, 36-, 38-,or 40-hour schedule, a dedicated caseload, and comprehensive benefits with recurring scheduling earnings opportunities.
⭐ Compensation: All Expressable clinicians are W2 employees.
Compensation is determined based on experience, licensure, market considerations, and high-demand availability (weekends and after 3:30pm on weekdays)
PRN & Part-Time Hourly
Clinical Rate: $40-$58/hour. Covers both direct sessions & documentation time
Full-Time Salary (Exempt)
Annualized compensation between $72,500-$115,000. The more high demand hours you work, the higher your compensation.

⭐What you’ll do:
Provide remote speech therapy sessions/evaluations for a diverse pediatric population
Diagnose and develop care plans using Expressable’s clinical tools and platform
Deliver outcomes-focused care with an emphasis on caregiver engagement
Complete all documentation accurately and on time
Participate in required training and team communication
Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity
⭐ Requirements:
CCC-SLP (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence) and individual NPI number
Licensed in a key state (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms
Minimum 1 year of post-CF experience in pediatric settings
Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently
Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations
