Graphite is a technology-enabled growth agency that helps fast-growing companies like Masterclass, Notion, and BetterUp unlock sustainable revenue through content, SEO, and AEO.

We are a fully distributed company with team members located across North America, Latin America, and Europe.

We’re looking for a sharp, analytical, and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support our Sales team. This is a full-time role reporting to our Director of Sales. This role requires you to be resourceful, commercially sharp, and proactive, making Sales Support a strategic engine that helps partners win faster and more consistently.

At its core, this role is about one thing: turning data and research into clear, high-quality analysis and deliverables that help the Sales team move faster and smarter. You’ll be working across SEO audits, competitive research, strategy decks, and project roadmaps, all with the precision and polish our clients expect.

This is a full-time, long-term, and fully remote opportunity.

What you’ll do

  • Conduct competitive analyses to identify key growth opportunities, including page type analysis, topic gaps, content strategy, and site structure

  • Audit client websites to identify the highest-impact SEO/AEO initiatives across technical, content, internal linking, and information architecture

  • Develop ROI models, internal linking diagnostics, and other strategic analyses to support recommendations and business cases

  • Build client-ready strategy decks and executive overviews that clearly communicate findings, priorities, and recommended initiatives

  • Produce deliverables that are accurate, insight-driven, and presentation-ready with exceptional attention to detail

What you’ll need

  • Exceptional attention to detail—client-ready means client-ready: no typos, no sloppy formatting, no loose ends

  • Deadline-driven—you hit your dates, flag blockers early, and never leave a team hanging

  • Strong deck and document-building skills—you can translate complex analysis into clear, polished Google Slides and Sheets

  • Project management skills—you can track and coordinate multiple workstreams at once without dropping the ball

  • Analytical mindset—you’re comfortable working with data, spotting patterns, and turning insights into actionable recommendations

  • Having SEO experience is definitely a huge plus

  • Clear written and verbal communication in English
