Job description

BA Global Talent is looking for a qualified professional to join a dynamic team as a Contract Litigation Attorney based in LATAM or the Caribbean. This role exists to support a modern U.S.-based litigation boutique that handles consumer class actions, complex commercial disputes, international arbitration, corporate advisory matters, employment law, data privacy, and collections.

You would be joining a highly skilled litigation team during a critical phase of active class action matters, particularly those approaching mediation or settlement. If you are detail-oriented, research-driven, and able to independently manage substantive legal work in a fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute meaningfully to high-impact litigation.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research across multiple issues and active class action matters

  • Perform factual research, investigation, and factual analysis

  • Review documents, including large-volume and complex productions

  • Support mediation and settlement preparation

  • Assist attorneys across multiple related class action cases

  • Providing attorney-credentialed support where required for court filings, mediation, settlement, and fee documentation

Requirements:

  • Law degree required.

  • Strong legal research skills.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in litigation, class actions, or legal practice.

  • Candidates must be based in Latin America or the Caribbean.

  • Strong factual research and investigative abilities.

  • Experience with document review, including large-scale document productions

  • Ability to manage multiple research and review tasks independently.

  • Strong verbal and written English.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Possible exposure to legal research platforms.

Time Zone: Eastern Time

Schedule: Full-time

Project-based: 1 Month
