Job Description Summary:
The Enrollment Manager plans, directs, and implements processes related to all enrollment activities, including but not limited to, web, paper, electronic enrollment and group set up processes that will assure a high level of customer satisfaction in accordance with plan policies and procedures. Accountable for daily work flow, staff development and quality control and quality assurance activities for the team.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Applicants who do not have their Bachelor's Degree will be required to sign a Bachelor's Degree Agreement committing to successfully obtaining their Bachelor's Degree within 5 years of hire.
Certification/Licensure:
None required
Experience:
3 years related experience in Healthcare or Information System Support REQUIRED
Knowledge of 834 eligibility file highly preferred
Enrollment Reconciliation and discrepancy resolution experience preferred
Health Plan enrollment experience preferred
Experience with Salesforce, QNXT or any claims platform preferred
