Position Summary
We are seeking a Logistics Director to manage the global supply chain and drive delivery of equipment to our military customers worldwide. This is a high-impact, executive-level role designed for a professional with deep military and operational credibility. Reporting directly to our internal Strategic Initiatives Group, you will provide strategic direction for complex logistics pipelines supporting diverse, geographically separated organizations.
In this capacity, you will serve as the central authority over internal supply chains, directing subsidiary logistics leads to ensure their operations prioritize and fully support the broader mission sets required by the Strategic Group. You will be responsible for aligning these subsidiaries, overcoming logistical bottlenecks, and ensuring our military customers receive their equipment seamlessly, no matter where it is located globally.

- Strategic Logistics & Supply Management: Direct global distribution efforts, life cycle asset management, and equipment modernization plans. While supply chain management will primarily align with the distribution of our proprietary products, you will also be required to source and manage one-off items based on unique customer requests. Anticipate logistical bottlenecks, maintain strict property accountability, and optimize operations to drastically reduce lead times.
- Project Management & Product Integration: Serve in a dual role as a Project Manager (PM) when needed, actively assisting with integration efforts that support the continued growth, development, and deployment of our products.
- FMS & Security Cooperation Execution: Oversee the complete Foreign Military Sales (FMS) process, managing high-value security assistance portfolios across global regions. Proactively identify and mitigate procedural gaps in export compliance and international shipping to avoid execution failures. Partner with US Government (USG) security cooperation agencies to align priorities and efforts, ensure compliance with all applicable law and policy, and gain and maintain access and influence in key regions and partner nations.
- Executive Leadership & Operational Planning: Serve as a principal advisor on senior executive staffs, providing subject matter expertise for all logistical programs, budgets, and contracts. Represent the company at the highest levels of government and defense to align global distribution operations with specific allied and partner requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Military Logistics Expertise: Minimum of 10+ years of military experience strictly focused on senior-level logistics, supply chain execution, and executive operations.
- FMS Mastery: Comprehensive, applied knowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and security cooperation, with a track record of implementing complex security assistance portfolios.
- Core Supply Management: Deep technical understanding of property accountability, export compliance, international shipping regulations, and life cycle asset management.
- Authoritative Leadership: Proven ability to operate with professional humility while demonstrating the autonomy and authority to direct subsidiary efforts, execute senior leadership intent, and coordinate with diverse DoD elements.
