Your work will span key areas across the business, including digital marketing performance, contact center sales and support optimization, customer segmentation, engagement, and retention, and financial and operational analytics and forecasting. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand core processes, challenges, and opportunities, and develop ad hoc analytics, dashboards, forecasts, segmentation strategies, and predictive models to uncover actionable insights across the entire customer lifecycle.

Success in this position requires a blend of business and technical skills, strong analytical and critical thinking, and the ability to connect data to meaningful business outcomes. This role is remote within the United States with up to 10% travel as needed.

What You Will Do
  • Analyze acquisition, sales, engagement, retention, and operational data and related customer behavior and outcomes to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
  • Develop ad hoc and production dashboards, reports, visualizations, and other analyses to monitor key performance indicators and identify trends, drivers, anomalies, and areas for improvement
  • Query, prepare, explore, and leverage data across our internal data warehouse, CRM, contact center, and digital analytics platforms to synthesize actionable insights and inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts and contribute to broader operational and revenue forecasting that informs planning and budgeting
  • Analyze subscription, billing, and payment data to track trends and surface opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct operational analysis across the member lifecycle – acquisition, onboarding, retention, and support – to identify root causes and improvement opportunities
  • Build advanced Excel models and analyses for ad hoc business questions and scenario planning
What You Will Have
Experience & Education
  • 5+ years of experience as a business or data analyst, preferably with a digitally focused, direct-to-consumer subscription-based model
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as business, statistics, economics, or a quantitative discipline is preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered in lieu of a degree
Analytical & Technical Skills
  • Analytically curious and insight-driven, with a passion for connecting the dots across data to improve business outcomes and enable growth
  • Proficient in SQL for querying large, complex data sets, and in R (or similar) for statistical analysis, forecasting, and business scenario modeling
  • Experience with data visualization/BI tools such as Domo or Power BI
  • Comfortable using AI tools (Copilot, Claude, and/or Cursor) to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and surface insights faster, with genuine enthusiasm for adopting new AI capabilities as they emerge
  • Skilled at translating business needs into data requirements, key metrics, and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making
  • Experience designing experimental testing methodologies to identify and quantify the drivers and impact of product, marketing, and operational changes
Communication & Collaboration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex findings into clear, actionable presentations for non-technical stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across teams and communicate constructively even when findings challenge assumptions
Organization & Execution
