Job description

Assist the Virtual Talent team with a wide variety of administrative functions to contribute to the growth and success of Working Solutions. This position reports to the Virtual Talent Manager.**To qualify for employee positions, candidates must be legal residents of one of the following states: AR, AZ, FL, IN, IA, MI, NC, NE, OH, TN, TX. This position will start September 1, 2026.

Duties

  • Assist in virtual talent recruiting process by responding to general agent/applicant email and phone inquiries, as well as CDU database maintenance and reporting.
  • Answer incoming calls and email inquiries for the Virtual Talent team.
  • Complete work verifications for contractors as needed. Monitor the background process for timely responses by candidates, coordinating reminders and offboards to non-responders, track results needing further review and manage client background compliance reviews.
  • Participate in the development and coordination of contractor recognition and incentive programs aimed to further increase engagement and retention.
  • Complete or assist with other related projects and tasks as requested.
  • Contractor retention tracking and reporting
  • Virtual talent process surveys and results tracking
  • Contractor verifications, including contract dates and earnings in a way that solidifies the Independent Contractor model of Working Solutions.
Requirements

Must be a US citizen or permanent resident to be considered for full-time employment

  • A minimum of two years Human Resources and administrative experience with basic knowledge of Human Resource policies, practices and related laws
  • Ability to think independently and maintain the security of confidential information
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects or tasks simultaneously with great attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, human relations, organizational skills with sound judgment and decision making skills
  • Strong customer focus and sense of urgency 
  • Ability to use a keyboard and sit at a computer for a large portion of the work period
