About the role

Are you a freelance writer and brand storyteller who is able to create compelling copy that stands out from the deluge of daily content? Someone who thrives in a fast-paced yet collaborative agency environment, writing in varied tones and voices for diverse audiences? If yes, you might be the newest member of our team of creative, experienced, and wildly talented copywriters. 

At Structured, our primary focus is delivering growth for our clients - and our team. As a copywriter, you know that your role as a translator of the brand’s vision to their potential customers is pivotal to driving results.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years experience as a marketing or ecommerce copywriter working in an agency setting and/or freelance for multiple clients
  • Familiar with best practices in email writing, paid advertising, UGC, A/B testing, direct response, conversion focused copy and emerging trends in the space
  • Clear, concise, and grammatically sound writing and storytelling
  • A strong eye for details, typos, misspellings, etc. 
  • Following direction set forward in a creative brief, with the ability to ask clarifying and generative questions
  • You can work independently and collaboratively – you manage time effectively, meet deadlines consistently and reliably, uphold high standards, and communicate with teammates skillfully
  • Seeking, receiving, and giving feedback openly and directly
  • Team player, through and through
  • Proficiency with project and task management platforms (ClickUp experience preferred)
