As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with expertise in Epic and healthcare technology recruiting to help us attract and hire the talent that powers our mission.


This is an opportunity to be more than a recruiter. You'll serve as a trusted talent advisor, strategic partner to hiring leaders, and advocate for candidates while helping build the teams that directly support healthcare organizations across the country.


What You'll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for Epic, healthcare IT, and other technical roles from intake through offer.
  • Manage a dynamic workload of approximately 30+ concurrent requisitions while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Partner with leaders to develop recruiting strategies, assess talent, and make informed hiring decisions.
  • Proactively source and engage top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, ATS databases, Boolean searches, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
  • Use recruiting metrics, talent market insights, and industry best practices to drive hiring success and continuous improvement.
  • Champion a high-touch, inclusive, and candidate-centric hiring experience.
Requirements

What You'll Bring

  • Approximately 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting Epic, healthcare IT, or healthcare organizations.
  • Experience managing a high-volume requisition load of approximately 30+ openings simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting specialized technical talent in competitive markets.
  • Strong consultative skills and experience partnering with hiring leaders to influence hiring decisions.
  • Expertise in sourcing through ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, direct outreach, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
  • Experience using recruiting technologies and applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Paylocity, Greenhouse, iCIMS, or SuccessFactors.
  • Demonstrated experience using technology, social media (i.e. LinkedIn, indeed, Glassdoor, Twitter, AI recruitment tools a plus)
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed, fast-paced, growing organization. Ability to pivot and maintain high level of flexibility
  • Passion for mission-driven work and improving healthcare access and outcomes.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • AIRS, PHR, or SPHR certification.

Work Environment

· 100% Remote

· Full-time position

· High-speed internet required

· Dedicated, distraction-free workspace required

· This position requires employees to work remotely from a home office environment and participate in virtual meetings using video conferencing technology.

· Constant interpersonal skills, teamwork, and customer service. Frequent creativity, mentoring, presentations/teaching. Occasional decision making and independent judgment or action.

· Reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English.

· While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms.

· Nationwide travel is determined based on OCHIN business needs. Please inquire during the interview process about travel requirements for this position.


Compensation

At OCHIN, we're committed to pay transparency.


Salary Range: $74,519 – $115,505 annually


OCHIN uses broad salary ranges designed to support equitable and market-aligned compensation practices. Final compensation is determined based on factors including experience, skills, certifications, education, internal equity, and market data.


Our Hiring Process

Candidates advancing in the process will complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment designed to help us understand strengths, preferences, and work styles in relation to OCHIN's core competencies. There is no pass or fail outcome—it's one of several tools we use to support strong hiring decisions and long-term success.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis at the time of application.
