Job description

Empath Health is seeking a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring leaders, driving full-cycle recruitment efforts across a variety of clinical and non-clinical positions. The ideal candidate brings healthcare recruiting expertise, strong relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and attracting top talent. This remote position is based in Florida, with occasional travel required to support career fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives throughout the state.

What you'll Do:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of healthcare roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Build strong pipelines of qualified healthcare professionals through creative sourcing methods, including social media, networking, and community outreach.
  • Coordinate and participate in career fairs, hiring events, and other recruitment initiatives throughout Florida.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to drive a consistent and efficient hiring process.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure goals are met.
