Job description

What You'll Do:

  • Provide first-level support to all CTI employees for computer system hardware, software, and telecommunications 
  • Procure and install all new electronic devices such as PCs; set up as required 
  • Meet with all new employees and review set up and procedures for computer and telecommunication devices 
  • Provide billable IT support to client projects  
  • Assist with implementing and supporting third party applications 
  • Maintain CTI internal systems such as phones, copy machines, and other equipment 
  • Proactively identify areas where technology can improve business processes and productivity 
  • Train employees as needed on IT products and enhancements revolving around  
  • Assist with testing and validation  
  • Maintain necessary documentation as required by CTI Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) 
  • Manage inventory of IT equipment and supplies; replenish as needed, while aggressively watching the budget 
  • Meet all project deadlines on time and on budget 
  • Participate in an on call rotation schedule to provide support to CTI employees for critical IT needs outside of regular business hours 

 

What You'll Bring:
