Job Title: CyberArk Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled CyberArk Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, administering, and supporting CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. The role involves securing privileged accounts, managing privileged credentials, automating password management, and ensuring compliance with organizational security policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, administer, and maintain CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
  • Manage CyberArk components including Digital Vault, Password Vault Web Access (PVWA), Central Policy Manager (CPM), Privileged Session Manager (PSM), and Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA).
  • Onboard privileged accounts, service accounts, application accounts, databases, and network devices into CyberArk.
  • Configure password rotation policies, access controls, session recording, and privileged account lifecycle management.
  • Integrate CyberArk with Active Directory, LDAP, Microsoft Entra ID, and enterprise applications.
  • Develop and maintain application onboarding, REST API integrations, and automation scripts.
  • Troubleshoot CyberArk infrastructure, connector issues, password management failures, and authentication problems.
  • Perform upgrades, patches, health checks, backup, recovery, and performance tuning of CyberArk environments.
  • Collaborate with IAM, Infrastructure, SOC, and Security teams to implement privileged access controls.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, audit requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Create technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and implementation guides.
  • Participate in incident response activities related to privileged account security.

  • Experience integrating CyberArk with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
