  • Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Customer Claims Handling, and customer teams to support root-cause analysis, escalation management, and field validation activities.
  • Prepare timely and accurate technical field reports while maintaining compliance with safety requirements, documentation standards, and service procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, or related technical field; equivalent relevant experience may also be considered.
  • Proven experience in field service, troubleshooting, application engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, commissioning, or industrial technical support environments.
  • Strong knowledge of technical diagnostics, evidence collection, root-cause analysis, field safety practices, and corrective-action methodologies.
  • Ability to interpret drawings, schematics, installation manuals, control logic, technical procedures, and diagnostic data across complex equipment and systems.
  • A mindset of customer focus, safety awareness, adaptability, technical curiosity, and collaboration across functions, sites, and cultures.

We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.

You’ll receive benefits like 13th salary, annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
