Job description

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to join a growing UK employer, working fully remotely from South Africa. This is a 100% remote role supporting UK-based customers, so you'll be part of a friendly team that genuinely cares about doing right by the people it serves.

Role overview

You'll be the first point of contact for customers who need help, handling questions across email, live chat and phone. Your job is to make every interaction feel easy and to leave customers glad they got in touch.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries by email, live chat and phone in a warm, clear way
  • Troubleshoot problems and follow them through to a proper resolution
  • Keep accurate notes and update records in the CRM
  • Flag recurring issues and share ideas to improve the customer experience
  • Work closely with other teams to get customers the answers they need

What's on offer

Salary of R16,000 to R22,000 per month, depending on experience. Working hours are 09:00 to 17:00 UK time (11:00 to 19:00 SAST), Monday to Friday. You'll get real training, a supportive team, and the stability of working with an established UK employer from the comfort of home.
