Remote Customer Relations Advisor – (Excludes QC, NB, NS, PE, & Territories)

Location: Remote — Canada (Excluding QC, NB, NS, PE, NT, YT, & NU)

Key Responsibilities

● Scheduled Virtual Consultations: Conduct professional, scheduled virtual meetings with clients to deliver clear, supportive guidance.

● Rapport & Relationship Building: Build immediate rapport with working families, ensuring they feel supported and understood throughout the consultation.

● Process Execution: Follow a proven, simple, and consultative framework for client conversations to ensure service accuracy.

● Digital Tool Management: Manage client follow-ups, account updates, and scheduling independently using our remote digital tools and CRM.

● Continuous Skill Development: Participate actively in ongoing training, virtual workshops, and daily team skill-building sessions.

● Collaborative Independence: Work independently from your home office while staying highly connected to a supportive, motivated remote team.
