  • Liaise with wholesale accounts to confirm order details, quantities, pricing, and delivery windows.
  • Track order status from placement through to dispatch and delivery, proactively flagging delays or discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date order records across relevant systems – AP21 (e.g. ERP/order management platform, shared trackers).
  • Process order amendments, returns, and credit requests in line with wholesale policy.

Stock & Inventory Management

  • Monitor stock availability against confirmed and forecast wholesale orders.
  • Coordinate with the Supply Chain/Production teams to align stock allocation with wholesale demand.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and allocation records, escalating stock shortfalls or excess risk.
  • Support stock take, reconciliation, and reporting activities relevant to the wholesale channel.
  • Help manage sample stock and showroom inventory as required.

General Support to the Global Wholesale Manager

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including diary coordination, correspondence, and meeting preparation relevant to wholesale accounts.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and account summaries (e.g. sales performance, order status, ranging).
  • Assist with the preparation of account-facing materials, including line sheets, order forms, and pricing documents.
  • Support the coordination of trade show, showroom, and account meeting logistics as needed.
  • Act as a point of contact for wholesale accounts on routine order and administrative queries, escalating commercial matters to the Global Wholesale Manager.
  • Undertake ad hoc administrative and project tasks to support the broader wholesale function.

Requirements
