JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Product Analyst who thrives on data, has strong statistical skills and a user-centric mindset. In this role, you will lead data capture and analysis of insights across service technician tools, internal platforms and customer-facing digital solutions. You will synthesize customer and user feedback from multiple sources to influence product priorities and roadmaps. This role will be instrumental in defining KPIs, driving performance insights and embedding a culture of data-informed decision making across product teams.


RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS


Key Responsibilities:


  • Define product KPIs and establish measurement frameworks.
  • Implement and maintain analytics tools such as Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, Hotjar, UXCam, or similar.
  • Analyze user behavior to improve adoption, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build dashboards and performance reports using BI tools.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify product opportunities.
  • Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and experiments.
  • Deliver statistical analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights for technical and business stakeholders.
  • Support product strategy through data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Support hypothesis generation, experimentation, and strategic product decisions.



REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS


What We're Looking For:


  • Experience in Product Analytics or data-driven product environments.
  • Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative UX Research methodologies.
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Experience with analytics platforms such as Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, UXCam, Google Analytics, or similar.
  • Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and product experiments.
  • Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis validation skills.
  • Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Metabase.
  • Ability to analyze product performance, user behavior, engagement, and adoption metrics.
  • Strong communication and data storytelling skills.
  • Experience working in Agile product teams.
  • Familiarity with Product Management and Product Discovery frameworks.
  • Business-fluent English.
