A Day in the Life of Support Engineer:

  • Regular updates of Database with all the Roaming Information.
  • Deliver the provisioning of customized solutions according to customer requirements.
  • Ensure the correct functionality of TOMIA’s services and products by provision and configure the TOMIA services with roaming information, network information and customized specific data to fulfil the customer requirements and demands.

So, how are we going to keep you busy?

  • RDG Inbox and folders organization.
    • IR21 Updates & IR85 (MVNOs) on the GATEWAYs as well as customer specific.
    • Update all the Numbering Plan changes.
  • Short Code Updates and Monthly Short Codes reporting.
  • Handling Service requests and TTs within SLAs.
  • Manage customer implementations and attend conference calls with customers.
  • Roaming Information database alignment.
  • Mediators between Customers & Service implementation, Services coordination.
  • Check for informative network details & configure the same in DB.

  • Bachelor’s in engineering
