Job description

We're looking for a talented and creative Content Video Editor to join our growing team. If you're passionate about creating engaging short-form videos, have a strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual design, and know how to produce content that captures attention, we'd love to hear from you.

As our Content Video Editor, you'll be responsible for transforming scripts and creative concepts into compelling video ads for marketing campaigns. Working closely with our creative team, you'll edit high-quality short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. This is not a filming role - your primary focus will be editing, motion graphics, and bringing ideas to life through engaging visuals.

We're looking for someone who understands what makes short-form content successful, stays up to date with social media trends, and can consistently produce polished, high-performing videos that align with our brand and marketing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Edit engaging short-form video ads for social media and digital marketing campaigns.

  • Transform scripts and creative concepts into polished, high-performing videos.

  • Add captions, motion graphics, animations, sound effects, music, and visual effects.

  • Source and incorporate stock footage, AI-generated assets, and other creative materials when needed.

  • Optimize videos for different social media platforms and advertising formats.

  • Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, designers, and other creative team members throughout the production process.

  • Stay up to date with editing trends, viral content formats, and emerging creative techniques.

  • Manage multiple editing projects while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio.

  • Experience creating short-form content and video advertisements.

  • Experience with Morioka-style design, 3D animation, and modern SaaS-style animations is highly preferred.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar editing software.

  • Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, hooks, transitions, subtitles, and sound design.

  • Experience with motion graphics and animation is a strong advantage.

  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is a plus.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong creative eye.

  • Ability to work independently, collaborate with a team, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
